Was wondering if anyone in the NYC area got their calls from ebgames/gamestops about their preorders? Cause I haven't still... ;_;

i preorder SE nightfall but when i went to the store to pickup and just ended up paying $10 more to get CE ... i was like Meh why not so i won't eat out for two days and ill get all these crazy stuff... and its worth it for the DvD and the Concept art bookless are gorgeous and a marvel to look at over and over. I have very happy of chipping in the extra 10 dollars to help Anet and get something in return.

EB Games at Woodbine and Hwy 7 in Markham, ON, Canada. Picked up 3 copies of SE for myself and friends. They were calling all the pre-ordered ppl today.

Got my CE yesterday, and my Standard today, both preordered from Britain's Sendit.com at very competitive prices. I only ordered the CE last week, the Standard a bit earlier. I wonder why the poster of the female dervish is about three inches narrower in the Standard?

It certainly makes sense for mail order suppliers to despatch early, since nobody can actually play until the 27th so we aren't getting an unfair advantage. The 53-minute "Making Of" dvd was quite fun, though most of the in-game footage was also in the trailers...

it's kinda a bummer that they don't put the box out the day before. it's going to be annoying that tnf goes live at midnight and the box won't be in the store for another 9 hours after that. do the prerelease keys like work for the first 24 hours then you pt a retail key for following days?

My copy is coming today and pretty soon,surprisingly within an hour or two. Never expected to arrive two days early, too bad I won't be able to play it at the beginning of release since I have class on Friday morning x_x

Acts of God is lawyer talk really. They place it in there so you can't blame them if some tornado or hurrican comes through and only destroys your package or whatever, it's in a lot of warrentees and such.

You will not see anything in NY stores until the 27th I can asuure you on that and my friend who is a manager at ebgames/gamestop stated that they will probably get there shipments in by today or tomorrow but will not call anyone until the 27th.
